To meet the existing customer's mass production needs in mainland China and with the consideration of expanding into the Chinese market, Taiwan-based Lian Wei Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lian Wei") established Wuxi Leading Probe Test Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Leading") in Wuxi, China in 2008. Wuxi Leading is responsible for the sales and manufacturing of probe cards in mainland China. In 2012, Lian Wei established Wuxi Leading Lihua Electronics Co., Ltd., responsible for trade sales and services beyond probe cards in mainland China. In 2020, Lian Wei Electronics Co., Ltd. established Liji Electronics Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, specializing in the sales and services of special chemical materials, with technical, engineering, and process support provided by Lian Wei from Taiwan.
