ProbeLeader（5246）specializes in semiconductor testing, with 20 years of experience. In response to the evolving semiconductor landscape, the company's showcased testing products at SEMICON Taiwan 2023 will primarily focus on third-class semiconductors and automotive electronic applications. Established in 2002, ProbeLeader primarily engages in the business of probe cards, testing boards, semiconductor consumables, testing equipment, precision equipment manufacturing and maintenance, and trading. With production lines in Hsinchu and Wuxi, ProbeLeader is the first Taiwanese company to obtain a patent for CIS N-Type probe cards, and its logic probe card production capacity has long been an industry leader.
ProbeLeader has been deeply involved in the development of both sides of the Taiwan Strait for many years, with mutual capacity support to meet the probe card and Load Board needs of customers in both regions, providing flexible and convenient services.
In addition to turnkey solutions for semiconductor testing and packaging, the company has actively expanded into the manufacturing, maintenance, sales, and agent sales of high-end precision equipment and equipment materials and consumables.
